The ROBYG Group donated subsidies for the organization of holiday events for the charges of the Children's Fantasy Foundation. These are children aged 3-18 from all over Poland, struggling with cancer, birth defects, disability, genetic diseases and chronic diseases that hinder everyday functioning. Since 2003, with the help of companies and institutions of the Foundation, over 7,000 unique childhood dreams have been fulfilled.
“It is a great honor for us that we can support such an important initiative of the Children's Fantasy Foundation. We are convinced that all over the world there are people with open hearts who are not indifferent to the fate of those most affected by life. Many of them know the great power of dreams and decide to help fulfill the fantasies of children who are seriously ill and live in difficult conditions. Fulfilled dreams give them and their families faith, hope and strength to fight the disease. We usually think that young people dream about spectacular things. In fact, many of them have modest wishes. They would like to receive everyday objects that would facilitate their functioning, improve their quality of life, and prevent social exclusion. The involvement of many people of good will helps them to make these dreams come true,” Oscar Kazanelson, chairman of the Supervisory Board of the ROBYG Group, said.
The ROBYG Group has undertaken numerous activities related to assistance in the face of the coronavirus epidemic – in total, it supported the needy and medical care institutions for over PLN 100,000. The company also did not make redundancies during the epidemic and retained jobs in a sense of responsibility for the approximately 3,000 families for whom the Group provides income.
