On the occasion of Beaujolais nouveau ZŁOTA 44 presents a professional wine cellar for the residents

The largest vineyards, cellars, and wine stores are located in Moldova. Milestii Mici and Cricova attract famous collectors from the world as well as tourists. Hundreds of kilometers of corridors lead to thousands of bottles of the world's best beverages, which, in optimal conditions, are reclining to delight the compilation of their best qualities after opening. Is it possible to store valuable wines closer, but in the same professional way? Yes, even in the privacy of your own home. On the occasion of Beaujolais nouveau, we present a unique wine cellar in the apartment building Zlota 44.
It would seem that the ideal place to expose precious wines is the living space. In the living room or kitchen, the liquor collection could blend in with the design of the room, please the eye and discreetly encourage tasting. It is a proposal for the short term, useful assuming that the wines will not require aging. The goal of a professional wine store is the very process of maturing the drink and its aging to achieve full nobility, as well as the storage of mature wines so that they do not lose their highest quality. The wine cellar must therefore meet the strict requirements. In the past, the underground cellar was a guarantee of proper temperature and humidity, today the parameters are electronically controlled.

Ideal conditions for noble beverages
Zlota 44 offers its residents the opportunity to use a professional cellar for a fee, which can hold more than nine thousand bottles of wine, which is continuously provided with ideal conditions. All the bottles are stored in a horizontal position. Maturing wine likes peace and quiet so access to the cellar at Zlota 44 is as limited as possible. It is separated from the functional parts. The walls, ceiling, and floor are insulated with a material protecting against temperature changes and vapor-proof membranes. It is also equipped with properly insulated doors. The shelves are designed to reduce vibrations. You can't dream of better conditions to realize your passion for wine.
Specialists agree that the temperature that wine prefers should be primarily constant and between ten and sixteen degrees Celsius. Wine Master SP100 air conditioner ensures the proper temperature conditions in the cellar at ZŁOTA, maintains a constant temperature between fourteen and sixteen degrees Celsius. The cellar is unaffected by atmospheric conditions and the light does not emit UV radiation, with the intensity is adjusted to pleasant darkness. No sounds or smells reach here. Humidity is extremely important in the process of aging of noble wines. Too dry air will negatively affect the cork, drying it out, which will also shrink the structure. Due to the lower adhesion of the cork to the walls of the bottle, it will cease to function as an insulator. Air will get into the bottle and the process of wine oxidation may cause taste deterioration and even liquor spoilage. Too much humidity can also negatively affect the cork, causing it to mold. The ZŁOTA 44 cellar is equipped with a Carel humiDisk humidifier that maintains a constant, ideal humidity between sixty-five and seventy-five percent.

A cellar equipped by professionals
"ZŁOTA 44, offering residents space to store noble liquor, meets the need for slow-living. The passion for wine takes time, often many years, to observe the process of maturation in order to finally enjoy the effect of your own patience. We want to provide such an experience to the residents of the apartment building. We are aware of the uniqueness of this facility and offer the support of a professional Wine Advisor. Additionally, we offer every new buyer of the apartment in Zlota 44 to equip the cellar. A qualified sommelier will examine the apartment owner's preferences in advance and select the appropriate liquor. This service is rare even in Europe and unique in the world," says Christopher Zeuner, Head of AMSTAR Europe, co-owner of ZŁOTA 44.
“Wine cellar at ZŁOTA 44 is certainly a unique proposition for the residents of the apartment building. Noble wines require appropriate storage conditions. A professionally prepared place and service is undoubtedly a valuable choice," says Jan Bester, Sommelier Winkolekcja. Noble wines are often also a costly investment. It's worth thinking about their safe journey. ZŁOTA 44 provides round-the-clock security, entry to the cellar is only possible after unlocking the door.
Specialists draw attention to the necessity of regular tasting of batches of aging beverages. Most ZŁOTA 44 apartments are equipped with Gaggenau household appliances, including special wine coolers. There, the beverage can wait to be tasted at the right temperature, humidity, and position. For the tasting, it is also worthwhile to use the space adjacent to the cellar designed for this purpose. Arranged using natural materials, the zone submerged in dim light creates an ideal place where the love of wine, despite the prevailing twilight, can be seen very clearly.
Less than 13% of the apartments remain in the offer of ZŁOTA 44 sales office, including two penthouses on the 52nd floor of the apartment building.
