The latest concept restaurant of Jurek Sobieniak, a well-known Warsaw restaurateur, has opened in the Grzybowska Park office building. Real estate advisory firm Savills, which represents the owner of Grzybowska Park in leasing transactions, says that lease agreements were also extended by Green Caffe Nero and a tailor’s showroom Cafardini, while Casa Pablo was replaced by Tapas Gastrobar.
Jurek Sobieniak is a chef and one of the hosts of the popular TV show “m jak mięso”. He is also the owner of Sypka Mąka and Sypka Mąka i Masło restaurants, and the author of a culinary book “Street food – głód ulicy”. His new restaurant at 5A Grzybowska Street is called Deska i Kreska. The opening of the restaurant in Grzybowska Park was reported in the program “Wielkie otwarcie” aired on the television channel Kuchnia+.
“Grzybowska Street is in the heart of Warsaw, where people not only live or work but also come to have a good meal. My new restaurant with my original menu serves Mediterranean cuisine with a Polish twist. Deska i Kreska is, therefore, a Mediterranean sister of my popular restaurants in Ursynów and Żoliborz. I warmly invite everyone to visit us to taste our culinary delights,” Jurek Sobieniak, the owner of Deska i Kreska, said.
Green Caffe Nero in Grzybowska Park is a popular meeting place serving the highest quality coffee prepared by experienced baristas and fresh foods made every day from regional produce. New culinary experiences will be provided by Tapas Gastrobar, which also has an outdoor dining area in a tent put up in the garden of the office complex. Deska i Kreska also has its own terrace with tables on Grzybowska Street. Cafardini, a men’s fashion house offering tailor-made suits, has also decided to stay on in Grzybowska Park.
