A new culinary concept will appear on the gastronomic map of Łódź. We are talking about the Zdrowa Krowa restaurant, which will open its first restaurant in this city in Fuzja – a multifunctional complex developed by Echo Investment.
The new tenant will occupy one of the historic buildings located in Anna's Gardens overlooking the historic Art Nouveau Scheibler Power Plant. Premises with an area of 128 sqm will be the first concept of this chain in Łódź. Zdrowa Krowa serves the highest quality beef, steaks, as well as homemade sauces and dressings. In addition, rolls are baked in accordance with the original recipe, as well as vegetables and fruit from local suppliers. There is no shortage of vegetarian and vegan options, as well as keto & paleo. The concept works on the basis of a franchise and already has its premises, among others. in Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice and Kraków. The building is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant in October this year.
"When choosing a location where Zdrowa Krowa will be built, we pay attention to its consistency with our brand and restaurant concept. Fuzja in Łódź, where various spaces meet, fits perfectly into these assumptions. We will adapt the arrangement of each of our restaurants to the location, that's why we really want modern interiors to fully blend in with the history of this place. To further emphasize the relationship of our brand with the city, the restaurant will have a place for special graphics, for which we will invite a local artist. We also pay attention to the arrangement of a large gastronomic garden. There will be a special and original zone for children. We want to make Zdrowa Krowa w Fuzja a place that will be visited all day long, both working in this place, families with children, and looking for a place for evening meetings with friends," Robert Kuc, CEO of the Zdrowa Krowa franchise network, said.
