Honorata Skarbek, a singer, doesn't complain about feeling unwell and has an impeccable figure. She attributes it all to exercising regularly. As well as sharing photos of herself at the gym online, she also argues that sports help her stay in shape and stay physically and mentally fit.
Honorata varies her exercise routines. Sometimes she chooses light, relaxing exercises, and other times she does a murderous body-shaping workout. Even though Honorata is small, she isn't afraid of boxing, which helps you improve your endurance and allows you to control your breathing.
"I assume that in a healthy body there is a healthy mind and I care about my mental comfort, such internal stabilization, and when it comes to any physical activity, sports above all help me," Honorata Skarbek said.
The singer is aware of the fact that although we know what benefits for our psyche and condition are brought by regular physical activity, it is difficult for us to motivate ourselves.
"A very good motivation is to assume that sport helps us to cope with many problems that we have inside ourselves. And that was certainly one of my motivations, and then probably the results that I saw in myself," Honorata Skarbek added.
