Nobu Hotel Warsaw hosted a historic event with all three co-founders—Robert De Niro, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and Meir Teper—visiting together for the first time. They celebrated the traditional Sake Ceremony (Kagami Biraki), symbolizing unity, harmony, and new beginnings. The founders were welcomed with Polish hospitality and personalized Bolesławiec ceramics. During a press conference, they reflected on personal ties to Poland, past visits, and culinary inspiration from local ingredients.

The evening featured a performance by pianist Tony Yike Yang and concluded with a ceremonial dinner Omakase prepared by Chef Nobu. The event highlighted Nobu Warsaw’s cultural role and announced future development, including Nobu Hotel Kraków and the upcoming Nobu Cultural District.
