They celebrated the traditional Sake Ceremony (Kagami Biraki), symbolizing unity, harmony, and new beginnings. The founders were welcomed with Polish hospitality and personalized Bolesławiec ceramics. During a press conference, they reflected on personal ties to Poland, past visits, and culinary inspiration from local ingredients.
The evening featured a performance by pianist Tony Yike Yang and concluded with a ceremonial dinner Omakase prepared by Chef Nobu. The event highlighted Nobu Warsaw’s cultural role and announced future development, including Nobu Hotel Kraków and the upcoming Nobu Cultural District.
