Skanska has sold the second phase of its Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź to the Łódź Regional Government for PLN 160 million gross (PLN 130 million net). The transaction includes around 14,500 sqm of modern, sustainable office and retail space, fully finished interiors, and an open patio with amphitheater-style stairs. Located near Łódź Fabryczna station, the building is a key landmark of the New Centre of Łódź, with its corten steel façade reflecting the city’s industrial heritage.

The complex consists of two buildings totaling about 44,000 sqm. Brama Miasta holds a LEED Gold environmental certificate and the “Barrier-Free Facility” title, ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities, seniors, and children.
