Lululemon to enter Poland
Lululemon has confirmed it will enter the Polish market in 2026 as part of a wider international expansion. The Canadian premium athleisure brand plans to launch simultaneously in Poland, Greece, Austria, Hungary, and Romania, while India will be developed separately through a partnership with Tata CLiQ.
In Central and Eastern Europe, Lululemon will grow via a franchise model rather than direct ownership. Arion Retail Group has been appointed as the regional franchise partner, responsible for developing brick-and-mortar stores. This approach allows the brand to scale faster while leveraging local market expertise.
Polish consumers will have access to both physical stores and online shopping through Lululemon’s European e-commerce platform. The product range will include technical sportswear, lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories for activities such as yoga, running, training, tennis, and golf.
Lululemon says its expansion will follow a “community-first” strategy, built around local ambassadors and events focused on movement and well-being. Specific store locations and opening dates are expected to be announced in 2026.
