M7 Real Estate, a pan-European asset management investor, announced the sale of three properties in Poland. This applies to two office buildings in Poznań: the Hamburg Court and RB House and the Zgorzelec Plaza shopping mall.
The area of both office buildings is 3,741 sqm and 2,431 sqm, respectively. The buyers are local investors.
Zgorzelec Plaza shopping mall with an area of 12,624 sqm located in Zgorzelec near the border with Germany, was sold to DL Invest Group, a Polish developer and investor specializing in shopping centers and office buildings based in Katowice.
“This sale confirms our ability to effectively change the state of assets and improve results by using knowledge in the field of asset management and knowledge of the local market as well as the ability to acquire relevant buyers. In addition, by raising the value of these properties, we have enabled a senior lender to recover their debts,” Katarzyna Parkot, managing director of M7 Poland, said.
