Małgorzata Czaplicka Appointed CEO of GTC S.A.
The Supervisory Board of GTC S.A., a leading commercial real estate developer and investor in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Germany, has appointed Małgorzata Czaplicka as CEO, effective May 28. She replaces Gyula Nagy, who has held the role since August 2023.
Czaplicka has been with GTC for 15 years, most recently serving as Chief Financial Markets Officer and previously as Director of Investor Relations. She has played a key role in shaping GTC’s capital market strategy, managing debt instruments listed in Warsaw, Johannesburg, Budapest, and on Euronext, and securing financing for the company's investment plans. She also oversaw ESG initiatives and chaired the Green Bond Committee.
GTC’s Management Board also includes Zsolt Farkas and Balázs Gosztonyi.
