Matexi Polska selects general contractor for investment in the Włochy district of Warsaw
Matexi Polska has signed a contract with FineTech Construction for the general contracting of the first stage of the "XYZ Place" residential investment at Komitetu Obrony Robotników Street in Warsaw and has handed over the construction site to it.
This is the second project of Matexi Polska, after the investment at Okrzei Street, to be implemented in cooperation with FineTech Construction.
The project of the first stage of the investment involves the construction of a multifamily residential building with a different number of stories (8 and 11) for 144 apartments with different usable areas, with a 2-level underground car park and 7 commercial premises on the first floor of the building. The building with its front elevation along Komitetu Obrony Robotników Street will create the urban frontage of this street.
