Medicover and Google Cloud partner in digital transformation of healthcare
Medicover and Google Cloud have entered into a strategic partnership to accelerate Medicover’s digital transformation using cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies. The collaboration aims to improve patient care quality and operational efficiency. According to Medicover’s CDIO Łukasz Krause, the partnership combines Medicover’s medical expertise with Google Cloud’s technological capabilities to shape the future of healthcare – emphasizing safety, personalization, and innovation.
Key focus areas include developing data- and AI-driven innovations (especially generative AI), enhancing personalized healthcare, and using Google Cloud’s secure infrastructure. The partnership will also support a broad digital upskilling program for Medicover teams through Google’s expert resources and learning platforms, aiming to create a more intuitive and accessible patient experience. Medicover operates widely in Poland and across Europe.
