Medtech Solutions expands group’s activities with neurosurgery segment
MedTech Solutions has expanded into spinal surgery after the first neurosurgical procedure using medical devices it supplied was performed at the University Hospital in Zielona Góra. The operation used products from GPC Medical, MedTech Solutions’ business partner, for which the company is the exclusive distributor in Poland and selected Central and Eastern European markets. The GPC Zero Profile system is used to treat conditions including degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, tumors, fractures, dislocations of the cervical spine, and spinal canal stenosis. MedTech Solutions said the procedure marks an important milestone in expanding its product portfolio and entering a complex clinical field.
The NewConnect-listed company focuses on AI-based medical systems, process automation, medical device distribution, and advisory services.
