Mennica Polska adds real estate at center of Warsaw

Mennica Polska, known for minting coins and selling gold, is also expanding into payments and real estate. It recently accelerated residential development, including the large-scale Bulwary Praskie project in Warsaw, which will offer over 4,000 apartments. In 2024, the company earned PLN 1.4 billion in revenue, mostly from minting, but also from digital payments and real estate. All construction is self-financed, and the company serves as its own general contractor.
Despite delays in permits, the Bulwary Praskie project is progressing, with further phases planned. Mennica also retains commercial units for rental income. The firm’s diversified business model has helped it stay resilient, and it continues efforts to gain full control over the Mennica Legacy Tower office investment.
