Mercator Estates III has preliminary agreement to purchase real estate in Krakow for PLN 25 mln
Mercator Estates III sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Mercator Medical, has signed a conditional preliminary agreement to purchase property in Kraków from an unrelated party for PLN 25 million net plus VAT. The final sale is expected by August 8, 2025, and the company plans to develop a multifamily residential project with accompanying infrastructure on the site.
Mercator Medical is a leading Polish manufacturer of disposable gloves and distributor of single-use medical supplies. The company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2013 and is part of the sWIG80 index. In 2024, its consolidated revenue reached PLN 542.5 million.
