MLP launches Wrocław logistics park project
Developer MLP Group has launched construction work on its second logistics park project near Wrocław. Called MLP Wrocław West, the scheme will be sitting on a 16-hectare plot located in Kąty Wrocławskie in the south-western part of the agglomeration and will comprise a total of 70,000 sqm of space with the first areas scheduled to be completed in October next year. The company has already signed the first lease agreement for space at the development, but its details have not been revealed yet.
