MLP secures major tenant for Wrocław logistics park
Elektrolux, a producer and distributor of household appliances, has leased approximately 14,600 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Wrocław logistics park in Lower Silesia. Developer MLP Group will deliver the space in March next year. MLP Wrocław is being built on a 13-hectare plot located in the Psie Pole area of Wrocław, near the E67 and S8 roads. When fully developed, the complex will consist of five buildings offering a total of 63,500 sqm.
