MLP secures tenant for three logistics parks
A provider of logistics services for the e-commerce sector whose name has not been revealed has leased a total of 25,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in three locations from developer MLP Group. The company will occupy space in Poznań (MLP Poznań West), Gliwice (MLP Gliwice) and Wrocław (MLP Wrocław West). The area leased in Poznań has already been turned over to the tenant, while the build-to-suit projects in Gliwice and Wrocław are to be completed in the third quarter of next year.
