Modern Mokotów, a new micro-district in Warsaw’s Mokotów, is transforming a former office and parking area into a vibrant residential and community space. Developed by Archicom, the project will ultimately include over 1,400 apartments for about 2,750 residents, with completion scheduled for 2029. The first two stages, comprising 544 flats, are already delivered. Key features include a 500-meter linear park with workout areas, playgrounds, and 50 new trees, plus service and retail spaces shielded by greenery.

A major highlight is a new public school for 450 students, fully funded privately—the first of its kind in Warsaw. The project also emphasizes sustainable urban design, accessibility, and revitalization of 2.4 hectares of public green space.
