Mountpark Wrocław leases over 52,500 sqm to GEODIS in Poland
Mountpark Logistics, a leading developer of industrial and logistics real estate, has leased a 52,542 sqm facility to GEODIS at its new development near Wrocław. Construction started in May 2021 and the facility, which includes warehouses and offices, is on schedule to complete in June 2022.
“Strategically located, the new warehouse that meets the highest quality criteria will be pivotal to serve our customers’ development in Poland,” Bogdan Młynarczyk, General Director of GEODIS in Poland, said.
In a prime location at the junction of the A4 and A8 motorways, Mountpark Wrocław will provide a total of 140,000 sqm of logistics space, designed to meet the growing demand for national and regional distribution centers in the Lower Silesia region.
“We are delighted that GEODIS will be the first occupier at Mountpark Wroclaw,” Piotr Michalski, Managing Director – Central Europe, Mountpark, said.
