MS Investments wants to buy three office buildings to convert to apartments in Warsaw
MS Investments, a Polish capital developer and pioneer in converting Warsaw office buildings into housing, plans to acquire two or three more office properties within two years for residential transformation. The most advanced project is Bliski Centrum at Żurawia 8, currently housing Radio Zet. The 4,600 sqm building is to be converted into around 70 apartments, some finished turnkey. The company focuses on boutique projects of 5,000–10,000 sqm in central Warsaw, where residential prices exceed office rates. Another potential conversion is Corner House at Puławska 111B, though redevelopment depends on existing lease agreements.
The strategy reflects both market demand and city efforts to promote mixed use development.
