A new multifunctional hotel complex is being developed in Mała Wieś near Warsaw, with an opening planned for the second half of 2027. Hotel Viculus will offer 176 luxury rooms, extensive conference facilities, restaurants, a wellness area, and several entertainment options.

Its centerpiece will be a nearly 1,200-square-meter banquet hall with a 400-square-meter foyer, garden access, and views of a pond. The hall can be divided into five separate spaces for conferences, galas, and private events.

The hotel will also include a swimming pool, sauna, 10 spa treatment rooms, a fitness center, bowling alley, music club, wine bar, and a sky bar with an astronomical observatory. The project is expected to significantly expand the region’s hotel and event capacity.
