Multikino acquires Cinema 3D chain
Multikino, a chain of multi-screen cinemas owned by the global cinema operator Vue International, has finalized its acquisition of the Cinema 3D multi-screen cinema chain for an undisclosed amount of money. The transaction was brokered by the real estate practice of law firm Hogan Lovells. Established in 2010, the Cinema 3D chain currently consists of 13 sites across Poland (offering a total of 59 screens) with a further two sites now being in development.
