Developer Murapol has signed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of approximately 3.7 hectares of land in Gdańsk, on which it plans a residential project consisting of nine buildings and offering a total of around 300 apartments. The company wants to launch sales in the scheme in the third quarter of next year. Murapol has to date completed a combined more than 1,000 housing units in the Tri-city. The developer is now working on its Murapol Nowa Jabłoniowa investment in Gdańsk, which will comprise 224 apartments in three buildings.
