In November, Murapol signed contracts worth over PLN 250M to build 948 rental units for LifeSpot, part of Ares Management and Griffin Capital Partners. The projects in Gdańsk include 365 units on Twarda Street (PLN 119.6M) and 583 units on Śląska Street (PLN 142.5M), with completion by 2027.

Murapol has collaborated with Ares Management since 2021 to expand in the private rented sector (PRS), complementing its primary residential development business. LifeSpot currently manages 2,000 units in major Polish cities, with another 2,000 under construction, aiming to reach 6,000 by 2024.

PRS in Poland is growing, supported by rising demand and low market saturation, offering significant development potential across the country.
