Murapol’s portfolio of projects under construction included 8,700 premises in March
As of March 2025, Murapol Group had 8,686 residential units under construction across 106 buildings and 28 projects in 15 cities. This includes 7,045 units in the retail segment and 1,641 in the PRS (private rental sector). The largest projects are in Gdańsk (2,132 units) and Łódź (1,765 units).
The company recently returned to the Warsaw market, further boosting its sales potential alongside ongoing developments in Kraków, Poznań, and Gdańsk. Murapol emphasizes geographic diversification and scale as key growth drivers. A nationwide residential developer, Murapol operates in over 20 cities and debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in December 2023. It is a member of the sWIG80 index.
