ROBYG Group has launched another stage 6B of the My Ursus estate in Warsaw. The offer includes 297 apartments with areas ranging 26-81 sqm, from one to four rooms. All premises have a balcony, terrace, or garden and as standard, at no additional cost, they will be equipped with the Keemple Smart House system – which increases the comfort and safety of use and allows to reduce operating costs. Numerous ecological solutions, attractively designed green areas, as well as electric car chargers in garages and parking lots, have been planned for the estate.

"The investments carried out by ROBYG in Ursus – Nowy Ursus Station and My Ursus – will cover a total of over 3,000 premises with full infrastructure facilities, including service premises – this is the largest development investment in this district. ROBYG was the first developer to start investments in this district and the initiator of the construction of urban tissue in these areas. Today it is an attractive part of Warsaw, well connected with the city center, with modern housing estates where ecology is a priority. Nowadays, customers' awareness and education about ecological aspects are growing rapidly – which is why we are recording a steady increase in the number of inquiries and an increased interest in eco-solutions," Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG, said.
