Matexi Polska has finalized the Na Bielany project in Warsaw’s Bielany district, delivering 369 apartments. Only one three-room unit and two commercial spaces remain available, along with a few ready-to-move-in apartments in Sokratesa 11A.

“Bielany offers a blend of modern infrastructure and green spaces. Our remaining units provide an immediate move-in option, ideal for those valuing comfort and location,” Katarzyna Kwiatkowska, Sales Office Manager at Matexi Polska, said

The five-building complex, designed for young professionals, features apartments from 30 to 98.8 sqm. It was designed by Latergrupa Brzeziński Perguł Architekci and built by AMConstruction.
