One of Europe's leading food logistics companies, Nagel-Group, will lease a building in the Booster Zabrze complex, developed by LemonTree. The tenant will move into the facility in the second quarter of 2025 under a 15-year lease agreement.
The new facility in Booster Zabrze will offer more than 30,000 sqm of warehouse space, tailored to high-storage operations and cross-docking. The building, divided into three temperature zones (0°-18° C), will enhance the group’s efficiency. A sprinkler system will protect the fresh zone, and a mezzanine in the cross-dock area will facilitate product packaging.
Equipped with energy-efficient ammonia chillers and heat recovery systems, the building also features 2,600 sqm of office space, heated by the refrigeration system's recovered heat.
"We are excited about this project, which requires a unique approach and aligns with our commitment to sustainability. The facility will be fully adapted to the tenant’s specific needs and serve as a showcase of our capabilities," Maciej Krawiecki, COO of LemonTree, said.
Specializing in temperature-controlled logistics, Nagel-Group operates across Europe with over 11,000 employees, including 800 in Poland. Their fleet of around 7,000 vehicles handles over 105,000 fresh and frozen food shipments daily.
