In Q2 2024, transaction prices on the primary real estate market in Poland's seven largest cities rose by 20.4% y/y, according to NBP data. This data covers Gdańsk, Gdynia, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Warsaw, and Wrocław. The research, conducted in March, April, and May 2024, shows a q/q increase of 2.5% in transaction prices. Offer prices increased by 18.7% YoY and 2.8% QoQ.
