NBP: loans for residential real estate in Nov: PLN 6.377 bln
Banks granted housing loans worth PLN 6,377 million in November, compared to PLN 6,917 million in October, according to the NBP.
In November 2023, the figure was PLN 9,006 million.
Between January and November 2024, banks issued housing loans totaling PLN 77,758 million, compared to PLN 50,477 million during the same period in 2023.
