Transaction prices in the seven largest real estate markets in Poland increased by 17.2% y/y in Q3 2024 in the primary market, according to the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
The data covers the cities of Gdańsk, Gdynia, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Warsaw, and Wrocław.
The Q3 2024 survey was conducted in June, July, and August.
Quarter-on-quarter, the transaction prices in the primary market rose by 0.94%.
Offer prices increased by 14.76% y/y, and 1.97% q/q.
