NDI Development is launching a major revitalization project in Pruszcz Gdański, transforming the historic Cukrownia (sugar factory) into a modern, mixed-use urban district. Spread over 19.5 hectares, the 10-year investment includes 1,700 apartments, 2,500 parking spaces, and 2.4 hectares of green space. The development blends housing, commerce, culture, and recreation, with smart technologies and sustainability at its core.

A key feature will be the restored 19th-century industrial buildings, including a landmark chimney. The first residential phase begins in 2025, while the historic complex is set to open in 2028. The project reflects post-industrial urban renewal, enhancing community life and connecting Pruszcz more closely to the Tri-City area, while preserving cultural heritage and meeting contemporary urban needs.
