Netguru has new CEO
Polish technology company Netguru has appointed Robert Scholz as CEO, replacing co-founder Kuba Filipowski, who remains on the management board. Scholz joined Netguru in 2024 and later led project delivery and operations. He introduced standardized procedures, profitability controls, and small teams using AI throughout development.
His task is to guide the company through major changes in software services, as AI accelerates delivery and weakens traditional cooperation models. Netguru is focusing on custom software for large clients in manufacturing, commerce, finance, life sciences, and MedTech. It is also developing an AI-native Studio for digital products. Scholz argues that as software becomes cheaper, trust, judgment, and expertise will become more valuable.
Netguru employs over 450 specialists and has completed 3,500 projects.
