New apartments near the metro from Bouygues Immobilier Polska
French developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska is continuing to sell its best-selling apartments in Bemowo and will be launching its third Lumea development, Osiedle Lumea 3, in October. The development will be located near the under-construction Chrzanów metro station.
"Osiedle Lumea 3 is our response to the needs of our customers," Cezary Grabowski, sales and marketing director at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
"We see how dynamically Chrzanów is developing. The metro, school, planned park, and quick access to the S8 highway are all making this a desirable place to live for Warsaw residents," he added.
The development will have 79 apartments, including studios, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units ranging in size from 27-102 sqm. Each apartment will have a garden, balcony, or terrace.
