New CEO of Atos Poland and Eviden Poland to prioritize AI, cybersecurity and sovereign cloud
Rafal Retecki has been appointed CEO of Atos Poland and Eviden Polska, with a mandate to accelerate growth in Poland. The strategy centers on organic expansion by winning new clients, deepening partner relationships, and using Poland as both a sales market and a delivery hub for international projects. Atos plans to scale projects in agentic AI, cybersecurity, and sovereign cloud, with a focus on industry, energy, finance, the public sector, and critical infrastructure. In AI, the priority is moving clients from pilots to solutions embedded in business processes.
Cybersecurity will be positioned more closely as an enterprise risk-management issue, while sovereign cloud offerings will address rising demand for greater control over data and infrastructure. Atos employs around 4,200 people in Poland.
