New Head of Office Agency at CBRE Poland
Paweł Dobrowolski has been appointed Head of Office Advisory at CBRE Poland, taking over the role from Łukasz Kałędkiewicz. He will lead the development of the company's office leasing advisory services nationwide. His previous responsibilities as Head of Tenant Representation in Warsaw will now be handled by Aleksander Hofmann.
“Paweł’s strategic mindset and proven track record will be essential for our continued growth, while Aleksander’s deep market knowledge ensures consistent, high-quality service for our clients in Warsaw,” Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, CBRE’s Head of Advisory & Transaction Services for CEE, said.
Dobrowolski has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, advising companies on leasing strategies, negotiations, and long-term workspace planning. He has worked with high-profile clients including Orange, Netflix, and BCG, and previously led a team of more than a dozen consultants. Both leaders have played key roles in CBRE’s market success in Poland.
