CA Immo's Warsaw portfolio will welcome five new tenants this year in three buildings. BOKI Group, Polskie Centrum Naprawy Pojazdów and Rail Cargo Group will join the growing community at the Bitwy Warszawskiej Business Center, while G.L. Pharma will be another tenant at Sienna Center. Also, noteworthy is the lease of over 1,500 sqm of space in CA Immo’s Warsaw Spire C by The Shire. All buildings have BREEAM green certification. JLL Poland agents represented CA Immo in these transactions.

“We are extremely pleased that so many new tenants have decided to move their operations to CA IMMO buildings. Each has its unique features and offers a range of solutions and amenities for our clients. At CA IMMO, we recognize the importance of creating the perfect workplace that meets different needs and inspires employees. We are proud that our efforts and investments have been recognized as a great place to work. We thank our clients for their trust and JLL for supporting us in these transaction processes,” Dawid Wątorski, senior leasing manager of CA IMMO, said.
