New warehouse for plastics producer in Rzeszów
TEREZ Performance Polymers, a producer of engineering plastics, has leased more than 5,000 sqm of warehouse space in 7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport. The tenant was advised during the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills.
TEREZ Performance Polymers is a subsidiary of the TER Plastics Polymer Group, a company with one of the broadest portfolios of engineering plastics in Europe. It is a supplier for plastic converters and manufacturers in such sectors as automotive, electronics, home appliances and consumer products.
“With the constrained availability of modern warehouse space to let in the Rzeszów region, companies interested in this location need to wait for new development completions. I’m therefore more than pleased that we had an opportunity to help TEREZ Performance Polymers and to broker the lease with the developer in a relatively short time. The new warehouse meets the tenant’s needs and guarantees an optimum environment for continued growth,” Michał Kulig, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency, Savills, said.
7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport is a modern industrial complex in north-eastern Rzeszów. It offers a total of approximately 12,800 sqm of BREEAM-certified space to let.
