New Waste Management Standard in Offices: Ghelamco, Signal OS, PreZero & Cushman & Wakefield Unite in VIBE
Warsaw’s VIBE is Poland’s first office building to implement the innovative Inbin waste monitoring system, integrating container fill data with optimized waste collection schedules. This reduces the carbon footprint, supporting sustainable development and ESG strategies for both the building owner and tenants.
Developed by Polish PropTech firm Signal OS, Inbin tracks and reports waste types and volumes. It integrates with PreZero’s logistics to dynamically optimize waste pickups, cutting operational costs and CO2 emissions. Managed by Cushman & Wakefield and developed by Ghelamco, VIBE features advanced eco-friendly technologies, including a Building Energy Management System (BEMS) and multiple sustainability certifications. The project showcases how modern technology can enhance ESG-driven commercial real estate management.
