Wilanów Park, developed by Nhood Services Poland in partnership with Ceetrus and Apsys, is a major mixed-use project in Warsaw that could set new benchmarks for commercial real estate in Poland. The investment includes a modern 52,000 sqm shopping center with about 140 retail units and a two-hectare public park co-designed with residents. The project emphasizes flexibility, sustainability, and community integration, aiming to be “future-proof” against shifting tenant and consumer needs. Nhood will oversee commercialization, long-term management, and modernization of older assets within the Ceetrus portfolio.

The initiative reflects the company’s broader mission of urban revitalization, creating multifunctional spaces that combine commerce, green areas, and social engagement.
