Poland’s Nitro-Chem has signed a major contract with U.S.-based Paramount Enterprises International to supply 18,000 tons of TNT over three years, valued at PLN 1.2 billion. This continues a long-term partnership, positioning Poland as NATO’s top TNT producer and a key supplier to the U.S. military. Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk announced plans for major investments in the Polish munitions sector, including up to PLN 1 billion at Nitro-Chem and over PLN 3 billion for nationwide ammo production.

Nitro-Chem aims to expand into producing 120, 122, and 155 mm ammunition. The company is also growing its international footprint, with presence in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
