Mennica Polska is expanding its large Bulwary Praskie development on Praga-Północ, where up to 4,500 apartments will eventually be built on a 27-hectare site purchased in 2011. The developer has already completed 747 units in the NOP phase, with 88 percent sold, and is beginning construction on the next 789-unit stage while awaiting approval for another 714 units. Apartment prices average PLN 17,500 per square meter. With enough land for 8 to 10 more years of development, the company also plans to add office buildings, including its own headquarters, along with cultural, leisure and service spaces.

CEO Katarzyna Budnicka-Filipiuk says the project aims to strengthen the appeal of Warsaw’s right bank as both a residential and business destination.
