One More Level and Lyrical Games join together for Valor Mortis game project
Polish studio One More Level (OML) has partnered with U.S.-based Lyrical Games as co-publisher of its upcoming title Valor Mortis, scheduled for release in 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Under the agreement, Lyrical Games will handle global marketing, co-finance production, and settle OML’s prior obligations to Take-Two Interactive’s Private Division, while all IP rights remain with OML. Valor Mortis is a first-person soulslike set in an alternate 19th-century Europe during Napoleon’s conquests, praised at Gamescom 2025 for its dark atmosphere and dynamic combat.
Lyrical Games, founded by industry veterans led by Blake Rochkind, partners with OML to bring the game to a global audience. OML previously developed Ghostrunner and Ghostrunner 2.
