One third of Poles not planning holiday expenditures – study

One third of Poles do not plan to spend any money on summer holidays this year, according to a study by Santander Consumer Bank. Inhabitants of big cities will spend the most on vacations, the report said. Almost 19 percent of Poles will spend between PLN 500 and PLN 1,000 per person on holidays, while more than 15 percent plan to spend between PLN 1,000 and PLN 2,000 per person. Meanwhile, according to travelplanet.pl data holidays abroad will this year cost an average of PLN 2,485 per person.
