Optimism growing among developers. Almost half counting on increase in apartment sales
Developer confidence in Poland is strengthening, with over 44% of firms expecting higher apartment sales in the coming months. The October Developer Sentiment Index rose from 0.36 to 0.39, reflecting solid market momentum driven by strong recent sales, falling interest rates and better mortgage conditions. Only 5.9% of developers anticipate a decline in sales, compared with 7.5% a month earlier. According to industry experts, stable prices combined with growing demand signal that the second half of 2025 could deliver strong sales results.
Developers also expect that future interest rate cuts will further stimulate buyer activity, supporting continued recovery in the housing market.
