Orange Polska plans to continue investing in infrastructure and operational efficiency while expanding its presence in the IT sector, according to CEO Liudmila Climoc. The company aims to announce its new strategy in Q1 2025, focusing on managing flat telecom revenue forecasts in Europe and intensifying investments in 5G and fiber optics. Climoc highlighted the challenging European telecom market, noting the sector's need for significant investment and efficiency improvements.
Orange sees the IT market, growing at a higher rate than telecom, as a key area for expansion. Through Integrated Solutions, BlueSoft, and partnerships, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on IT growth. Pragmatic acquisitions of small ISP and ICT players will also support growth opportunities.
