Orlen Group is still ready to take over ZA Puławy
The Orlen Group is still ready to take over Zakłady Azotowe Puławy, the group president Daniel Obajtek said on X. On Monday, Grupa Azoty announced that it would begin talks with Orlen to discontinue activities regarding the potential acquisition of Puławy due to the analysis and recommendation of an external consulting company.
Obajtek commented that the decision to suspend the sale of Zakłady Azotowe Puławy “does not help stabilize their financial situation or the fertilizer market”.
