OVHcloud Report: Polish businesses view AI with hope, but pragmatically

OVHcloud’s 2025 report, (Un)ready for AI – Between Hype and Implementation, reveals that while 75% of Polish medium and large enterprises view artificial intelligence positively, only 7% actively use it. Nearly half adopt a “wait-and-see” approach. Large firms see AI’s value mainly in data analysis, automation, and customer service, while mid-sized ones focus on logistics. Key barriers include limited skills, integration issues, and budget constraints. Data security is the top concern, with strong interest in local and EU-based providers.
OVHcloud and PMR by Hume’s conclude that Polish companies are cautious but not resistant—seeking balance between innovation, safety, and technological sovereignty as AI becomes a strategic business tool.
