P.A. Nova expects to sell its retail park in Nysa—currently in advanced negotiations—by mid-2025, along with at least one DIY retail property by mid-2026, CEO Tomasz Janik announced. The Nysa park is set to open in late November 2025, while the company plans to resume its 138-unit residential project in Przemyśl around mid-2026 after obtaining a new building permit.

Vice President Ewa Bobkowska noted that Poland’s retail park market is nearing saturation, with some cities showing “cannibalization,” prompting the firm to seek diversification beyond retail parks. Cooperation with DIY chains will remain a growth area. P.A. Nova also expects construction contract margins in 2025–2026 to drop to around 5–6%, down from 7–8% achieved in prior years.
